Platform availability, pricing, policies, and data handling are governed by each platform provider's terms. Tayana Solutions has no liability for platform downtime, API changes, pricing modifications, or policy violations by third-party providers.
AI Output Limitations
AI systems are probabilistic in nature and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected outputs. Tayana Solutions makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.
Your Validation Required
You assume sole responsibility for validating, approving, and determining the fitness of AI outputs for your business purposes. AI outputs should not be used for regulated decisions without appropriate human review and oversight.
No Workforce Guarantees
Our services do not guarantee workforce reduction, headcount savings, or employee replacement outcomes. AI agents are designed to assist staff with exception handling, not replace human judgment or accountability.
Tayana Solutions operates proprietary platforms that may be made available to clients as part of service engagements. These include Orion (AI and process training), Cosmos (agent organization and hierarchy), Nebula (CRM), and Sirius (agent configuration and management).
Account Responsibility
If you are granted access to any Tayana platform as part of a service engagement, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
Platform access is granted solely for the purposes defined in your service agreement. You may not reverse-engineer any Tayana system, extract proprietary configurations or data structures, or access features or data beyond the scope of your engagement.
Platform Terms Precedence
In any conflict between these Terms and a separately executed service agreement governing platform access, the service agreement governs.
Permission to Use
By submitting content, including feedback, questions, or information, through the Site, you grant Tayana Solutions permission to use such content to respond to your inquiry and improve our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Content Restrictions

For service engagements, governing law and jurisdiction will be specified in the formal service agreement between you and Tayana Solutions.
Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall first be submitted to good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation or, if applicable, arbitration as specified in any service agreement in effect between the parties.
Disputes solely related to Site use and not covered by an active service agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws specified in Section 18.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site. For service engagements, the executed service agreement governs the relationship between you and Tayana Solutions. In any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement prevails on matters of service delivery.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Tayana Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting.
