Most AI consulting roles right now are weighted toward strategy and presentation. At Tayana, the weight falls on delivery. Engagements run 6 to 8 weeks from first meeting to a live agent in a client's production environment, and you are accountable for that outcome.
The work spans industries. One engagement is a senior care operator automating collections follow-up. The next is a manufacturer routing procurement exceptions through an AI agent. What connects them is the same approach: AI sits on top of existing systems and closes the coordination gaps that fall between them.
Before any solution is proposed, you run the AI Adoption Accelerator with client staff. You learn the actual work before you automate any part of it. That sequence matters in how good solutions get built.
You have consulting or implementation experience and want that background applied to AI deployments.

Client-facing work from first assessment through agent deployment. Requires a consulting background and the ability to qualify and structure an AI engagement.
Builds the agents that go into client production environments. Requires Python proficiency and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and enterprise API integrations.
Builds the interfaces, integrations, and supporting applications that sit around AI agents in production. Requires experience across front-end and back-end development with strong API integration skills.
Runs the AI Adoption Accelerator with client teams before implementations begin. Requires facilitation experience and a working knowledge of current AI tools.
Coordinates delivery across multiple active engagements. Requires project management experience in a consulting or implementation environment.
