About Tayana Solutions

Decades of operations experience. Now AI delivery.

Tayana Solutions is an enterprise AI consulting company serving businesses globally, with a primary focus on the USA and Canada. We build AI agents, design automation pilots, and deliver the AI Adoption Accelerator for companies running established operational systems that need AI to work alongside what is already in place.

The consulting experience behind Tayana spans 30 years inside enterprise operations: implementing systems, mapping workflows, training users, and managing the exceptions that do not fit standard processes. That experience shapes how we approach AI. We know where the gaps between systems actually live because we helped build many of those systems and watched those gaps form.

We start every engagement one of two ways. We run the AI Adoption Accelerator with your team first, putting AI possibilities in front of the people who know your operations, so they identify the use cases themselves. Or we conduct an assessment, where we map your workflows and identify the gaps. Either way, we arrive with questions, not a predetermined solution. If your situation is not a good fit, we will tell you before you spend anything. If it is, we build a pilot in your real environment with your real data.

02. Background

The background behind the work

The consulting experience that informs Tayana's approach comes from decades of hands-on enterprise work across manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, financial services, and construction. That work covered ERP implementations, workflow design, process documentation, and the operational exceptions that standard systems never quite handle on their own.

The pattern across those engagements was consistent. Systems were implemented. Processes were stable. But coordination still happened manually: someone pulling a report, forwarding it to the right person, following up by email, and tracking the outcome in a spreadsheet. Not because the technology was inadequate. Because nothing connected it.

In 2024, that background became the foundation for Tayana's AI practice. The question was not which AI tools were available. It was where the operational gaps were largest and which of them AI could close without requiring you to replace the systems already running. That is still the question we start with.

03. Process

How an engagement actually works

Every engagement starts with a 30-minute conversation. We are not assessing whether you are a potential client. We are assessing whether your situation is a genuine fit for AI. If it is not, we will tell you directly and point you toward what would actually help.

From that conversation, engagements follow one of three paths.

A

AI Adoption Accelerator

We run training with your team first, typically one to three weeks. Your people learn what AI can do, identify their own use cases, and generate internal demand before any solution is proposed. Projects that follow this path succeed because the people doing the work already want them.

B

AI Readiness Assessment

We map your workflows, identify the operational gaps, and produce a prioritized list of AI opportunities specific to your environment. The assessment takes two to three weeks and produces a concrete pilot recommendation.

C

Direct to Pilot

For teams with a defined use case and operational data ready, we move directly to building. One process. One agent. Real environment. Six to eight weeks, with a typical investment of $10k to $50k.

04. Fit

Who we work with

We work with operations leaders, department heads, and executives at companies running established processes and operational systems. The common thread is not industry, company size, or geography. It is that your processes are defined, your systems are in place, and you have a specific operational problem that consumes more staff time than it should.

Good fit
Not a good fit
Good Fit
Not a Good Fit
Good FitYour core processes are stable and documented
Not a Good FitYou are still implementing or stabilizing your primary systems
Good FitA specific workflow consumes disproportionate staff time
Not a Good FitYou have a general interest in AI without a defined process problem
Good FitYou want to pilot before committing to a full deployment
Not a Good FitYou are looking for a vendor to hand off full responsibility to
Good FitYour team will be involved in the engagement
Not a Good FitYou expect complete automation with no human oversight
Good FitYou are open to training your people before or during the build
Not a Good FitYou need a solution deployed in under two weeks

We are selective about fit. If your situation is not right for what we do, we will tell you in the first conversation.

05. Difference

What makes us different

We start with training, not technology.

Most engagements begin with your people, not a platform. Training surfaces real use cases from inside your organization before any solution is proposed.

We know how operational systems actually work.

The consulting background behind this practice includes decades of ERP implementations, workflow design, and exception handling. We build AI agents for processes we understand from the inside.

We pilot before we scale.

No full deployment without a working pilot first. One process, one agent, real data. You see results before you commit to more.

We are honest about fit.

If your situation is not suited to AI agents or automation, we will tell you directly and point you elsewhere. We are not looking for every possible engagement.

Ready to see if this is the right fit?

A 30-minute call is how we start. You ask the questions, we assess the fit, and we tell you honestly whether it makes sense to go further.
