Start a Conversation About Your AI Implementation

We begin with a 30-minute call about your specific operational situation. No presentation. No commitment required. By the end of the call, you will know whether Tayana is the right fit and what a pilot would look like for your team.

Most engagements start with one process. That is enough to validate the approach before any broader investment.

01. What We Cover

What We Cover in the First Call

  • Your current systems and the specific processes where staff time is being lost
  • Whether your environment is ready for a pilot in the next 6 to 8 weeks
  • Which of three entry points fits your situation: the AI Adoption Accelerator, a Readiness Assessment, or direct to pilot
  • A cost and timeline estimate if we decide to proceed

If Tayana is not the right fit, we will tell you directly in the call.

Common Questions

What happens after I book a call?+

You receive a calendar confirmation and a short preparation note by email. The call is 30 minutes with a senior consultant. After the call, you receive a written summary covering fit, recommended entry point, and suggested next steps.

What should I bring to the first call?+

A description of one or two processes where your team loses the most time. Basic information about your current systems is useful but not required. We cover the systems question during the call itself.

I am not sure my company is ready for AI. Should I still reach out?+

Yes. The first call is a fit assessment, not a sales conversation. If your environment is not ready for a pilot, we will tell you specifically what would need to be in place before one makes sense.

Do you work with companies outside the USA?+

Tayana is headquartered in the United States, with active operations serving clients across the USA and Canada. That said, we welcome engagements from companies globally. If you are outside North America and want to explore working together, reach out through this page and we will have that conversation.

Ready to talk?

Most engagements start with one process. A 30-minute call is enough to assess fit and outline what a pilot would look like for your team.
